Nabil Ouelhadj and la "Compagnie Racines Carrées", Tiny Toones, BDB
The dancer and choreographer from Lille, Nabil Ouehadj is returning to Phnom Penh along with two other
French hip-hop and break-dance performers.
Together, they make up the Racines Carrées Company. During a residency of more than two weeks, they will work with the Tiny Toones dancers and the BDB from Battambang to create an original work, Carnet de Voyage, to be presented at the Chenla Theater on May 11 and 12.
A reflection of the enthusiasm, energy, and openness of the spirit of artists from various horizons, Carnet de Voyage will create a space in which freedom of movement, multiplying its trajectories, will draw the public into the adventure of an “immobile journey.”
