Every year boat racing is held on Mekong River in Phnom Penh during Water Festival. The King of Cambodia and French resident are in the middle of the crowd during the boat procession from the bank of river.

This film focuses on the boat racings on the confluence of the Mekong and Tonle Sap in front of the Royal Palace. Illuminated boats, decorated with emblems of public institutions, end this documentary.



Veul Vinh Na Bang
