The NGO Phare Ponleu Selpak (PPS) from Battambang enjoys international recognition through its circus. Since 1998 PPS has produced numerous shows that have been staged in Europe, Korea and Philippines. Phare’s latest invention is its animation film studio, directed by Poi Chhunly. Tonite you can watch the best animation films from PPS. The documentary 25 FRAMES TO MOVE is produced by Meta House film school students and follows the amazing career of animation film maker Poi Chhunly, who comes from a poor family.
