The percentage of Cambodians who live with a disability ranks amongst the highest in the world. Epic Arts Cambodia provides a range of professional dance, drama, music and art programs to people of all abilities and disabilities in order to promote empowerment, integration and acceptance. The film ENCOURAGE, AND I CAN (32min) by Epic Arts and Purple Field Productions, introduces you to Chakriya, a young wheelchair user who strives to realize her dream of working in the arts. "TWIN DIAMONDS" is the first film totally written, shot and edited by 60 Cambodian students, directed by Davy Chou. Also screening: Apsara Arts Association (AAA) video.
