Abstract:
Mr. Yasushi Hirosato, an experienced task manager of Asian Development Bank, will be visiting APU to talk about "International Cooperation among Universities in Asia – Current Status and Challenges." He has been instrumental in forming a cooperation and network among universities in Asia, and will share his experiences with us in this endeavor. He has also extensive operational experiences in developing and evaluating projects for higher education in South Asian Countries. His speech should be informative for those who have been involved in cooperation with overseas universities in Asia. He will also talk about his career experiences at ADB in the Q&A session. This part of his speech will be insightful for those who are considering pursuing a career at ADB or other international organizations.
