Anne Y. Guillou will talk about "Healing in the clamor of history. Doctors, healers and patients in Cambodia."
In this talk, I will present a research on the Cambodian medicine(s) which has been published as a book (in French) in 2009 ("Cambodia: Healing in the clamor of history. Physicians and society").
The first questions arose when I came in Cambodia in 1990 as a PhD student in medical anthropology. I then began my field research by staying in Cambodian hospitals all around the country and in the refugees's camps. There I observed the many misunderstandings between the Cambodian medical staff and the humanitarian Western (and Japanese) one, regarding the
standards of the medical work, both in its technical and ethical aspects.
This resarch aims at understanding how a Western knowledge and practice such as biomedicine has been integrated and given a new meaning in a non western social context such as the Cambodian society.
The first part deals with the doctors' status and identity that the Cambodian society have forged through the different regimes and the successive State ideologies of public health, since the French protectorate.
The second part describes the daily life in hospitals as I have observed it, focusing on interactions and conflicts between Westerners and Cambodians, and doctor-patients relationship (including an analysis of the Cambodian medical ethics vs the Western one).
The third part entitled "healers and patients" analyses the global healing market by portraying healers such as monks, kru khmaer (particularly the successful "neo-traditionnal" ones), and mediums. Instead of focusing on patients' therapeutic recourse as it is done in most studies, I focus on interrelations between healers themselves (including doctors) by showing how the different categories of healers partially share the same sl and
symbolic universes.
Anne Yvonne Guillou holds a PhD in anthropology from EHESS (Paris, 2001), and a BA in Khmer studies from INALCO (Paris 1988). She is a tenured researcher of the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), currently working for the Center of Southeast Asian studies (CASE), Paris. She has been doing research on Cambodian people since 1986, firstly in
France among refugees and then in Cambodia since 1990. Her current research interest is in social suffering and post-genocide social recovering; Khmer popular religious system; Body, sickness, healing practices, medicines and practionners; and Health and migrations.

1981年にカンボジア難民の救済活動を開始したシャンティ国際ボランティア会(SVA)。現在では、タイ、カンボジア、ラオス、ミャンマー（ビルマ）難民キャンプ、アフガニスタンで教育支援活動を行っています。
今回は、1980年代に撮影された貴重な写真やキャンプの子供たちが描いた絵を展示。また難民キャンプのドキュメンタリー映像である「祖国なき人々」の上映会をおこないます。

Cambodian Living Arts (CLA) and Partners will kick off the 2010 Cambodian Youth Arts Festival with a Benefit Concert at the CJCC on August 3 at 7:00 pm. The concert features two of the lead international stars of the popular Khmer Rock Opera, Where Elephants Weep, and will include songs from the opera and the popular Broadway musical, West Side Story.
Diane Phelan and Marc de la Cruz, both of whose performing credits include New York’s Broadway, are returning this year as volunteer artists at the Youth Arts Festival. They have assembled a song cycle for the benefit concert with selections from Him Sophy’s original score of Where Elephants Weep, a modern telling of the traditional tale of Tum Teav. Other songs have been selected from Leonard Bernstein’s popular score, West Side Story, also a modern telling of an ancient myth, Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare. The composer Him Sophy will conduct the traditional orchestra that played the original opera to accompany the two stars who will also be accompanied by acoustic piano.
The proceeds from this prestigious artistic event will go directly to support the Cambodian Youth Arts Festival. Join us August 3 starting at 6:15 pm with a cocktail reception followed by the concert at 7:00 pm.

世界天文年2009は大成功のうちに幕を下ろしましたが、この成功を支えた力のひとつが市民であり、市民を支える地域の力でした。教育あるいは普及の対象としての市民ではなく、みずから天文宇宙を楽しみ、発信する市民、そしてそれを支える地域。この地域の力が改めて天文コミュニティに認識されたことは、今回の世界天文年の大きな成果のひとつであったと思います。
天文学の教育や普及のあゆみを進めていく上で、地域の力とどのように手を携え、あゆんでいくべきなのか。その答えはひとつではなく、地域ごとにさまざまな答えがあることでしょう。同じ地域でも、異なる切り口から多くの答えが発見されるはずです。
2010年夏の研究会では、全国各地で展開する地域とともに歩む事例を持ち寄り、私たちが地域とどうつながれるのか、その可能性を探りたいと考えています。地域の力との関係性を明らかにすることは、天文学と社会の関係を構造化することにもつながります。その全体像が明らかになったとき、天文教育普及研究会の進むべき道筋も自ずと明らかになるのではないでしょうか。

急激なグローバル化が進展している今日、世界各地で暮らす人びとが着用している衣装の多くは、それぞれの地域や民族のもとで育まれてきた伝統的な衣装から、シャツやブラウス、パンツやスカートといった西洋風の衣装へと変化しています。そうしたなかにあって東南アジアでは、「四角い布」や、四角い布の両端を縫い合わせた「筒型の布」を身にまとうという伝統的なファッション・スタイルが、今なお多くの人びとのあいだでふだん着として受け継がれています。それらの「四角い布」や「筒型の布」は、ともすれば東南アジアの各地、あるいは各民族のもとでつくり続けられてきた伝統的な染織品と見られがちですが、布の糸素材、糸や布の紡織技術、糸や布を染めるための染料や染色技術、布の染織デザインなどは、20世紀後半以降に大きく様変わりをしています。
本企画展では、昨年(2009年)、タイ、ラオス、カンボジア、ミャンマー、マレーシア、インドネシアの町の市場や生産現場の村で収集した「四角い布」や「筒型の布」などのふだん着を、収集地、製作地、繊維素材、染織技法、用途、価格などのデータや、現地で撮影した写真とともに展示し、グローバル化が進展するなかで変貌をとげつつある東南アジアの伝統の布の実情を紹介します。

Program (Media Education and Training Academy) aims at strengthening the Cambodian film scene and is funded by the Goethe Institut. Tonight's "ScreenDocs" event features student films as well as the new MH production THE LUCKY PIGS OF KAMPONG TRACH in coop. with DAI and USAID. This film by Nico Mesterharm (director), Mark Hammond (camera), Ian White (camera) and Jean Mathis (editing) is an introduction to the pig-farming industry in Kampot. There 39 farmers producing their own pig feed, which is cheaper and better than its imported competitor. Filmmakers will be present.

8/3 日弁連国際司法支援セミナー「カンボジア王国弁護士会司法支援プロジェクト終了報告会」

「カンボジア王国弁護士会司法支援プロジェクト終了報告会」
日本弁護士連合会は、これまで１０年以上にわたって、カンボジア王国弁護士会を相手方とする支援を続けてきています。特に２００７年１２月からは、ＪＩＣＡの技術協力プロジェクトとして、弁護士養成校の支援に取り組み、カンボジアの弁護士や養成校学生を対象に、同国の新民法・民事訴訟法に関する講義・セミナーを継続的に実施するほか、カンボジア王国弁護士会に対して継続的な助言を行ってきました。これら当連合会の支援により、弁護士養成校では、毎年数十名の弁護士を養成・輩出する仕組みが作られ、当初プロジェクトから通算で３５９名の弁護士が新たに養成されたほか、カンボジア弁護士会の運営能力向上が図られています。この結果、１９９３年のカンボジア民主化の際には司法関係者はわずか数名といわれていたのに対し、現在では７００名の弁護士が登録され、様々な分野で活躍しています。
このたび、２０１０年７月をもって、上記ＪＩＣＡ技術協力プロジェクトは終了し、これは日本・カンボジア両国の弁護士会間協力にとっても大きな節目となります。そこで、実際に現地で支援活動に取り組んだ弁護士等を招き、これまでの支援活動を報告し、その成果を検討するセミナーを開催いたしますので、多くの皆さまの御参加をお待ちしております。

「カンボジア王国弁護士会司法支援プロジェクト終了報告会」
日本弁護士連合会は、これまで１０年以上にわたって、カンボジア王国弁護士会を相手方とする支援を続けてきています。特に２００７年１２月からは、ＪＩＣＡの技術協力プロジェクトとして、弁護士養成校の支援に取り組み、カンボジアの弁護士や養成校学生を対象に、同国の新民法・民事訴訟法に関する講義・セミナーを継続的に実施するほか、カンボジア王国弁護士会に対して継続的な助言を行ってきました。これら当連合会の支援により、弁護士養成校では、毎年数十名の弁護士を養成・輩出する仕組みが作られ、当初プロジェクトから通算で３５９名の弁護士が新たに養成されたほか、カンボジア弁護士会の運営能力向上が図られています。この結果、１９９３年のカンボジア民主化の際には司法関係者はわずか数名といわれていたのに対し、現在では７００名の弁護士が登録され、様々な分野で活躍しています。
このたび、２０１０年７月をもって、上記ＪＩＣＡ技術協力プロジェクトは終了し、これは日本・カンボジア両国の弁護士会間協力にとっても大きな節目となります。そこで、実際に現地で支援活動に取り組んだ弁護士等を招き、これまでの支援活動を報告し、その成果を検討するセミナーを開催いたしますので、多くの皆さまの御参加をお待ちしております。

Many Asian men believe that obtaining a virgin girl for sex will grant them extra health and luck. THE GIRLS OF PHNOM PENH (2009, 64mins) follows three victims over six months. Srey Leak was deflowered when she was 14. Her two friends, Me Nea and Cheata, opted to sell themselves to support their families. NGO representatives will attend the screening (Q&A).

It is a participatory film: villagers from around Cambodia took the camera in their hands to document what they have gone through. Through sharing their stories with the young generation, survivors are breaking 30 years of silence. Film screenings in villages across the country offer a public space for dialogue about the past and challenges of the present.

「なぜ中東和平は実現しないのか？ 日本の役割は？」
中東情勢、とりわけパレスチナ問題など容易に解決しない中東和平の動向は、欧米諸国を中心に国際テロ対策を含め国際政治上の日常的な関心事となっている。これに対し、日本では中東といえば原油などエネルギー確保といった視点が強調されることはあっても、この地域の核となっている中東和平問題についての理解不足の感が否めない。ヨルダン在勤の経験を踏まえ、中東和平実現の難しさ、米国はじめ主要国の関与と日本の果たすべき役割を論ずる。

青山学院大学経済学部経済学科卒業。1968年外務省入省。文化第一課長、領事移住部審議官、在シドニー総領事、在トリニダード・トバゴ特命全権大使などを経て2006年より在ヨルダン特命全権大使。2008年10月退官。在任中、多くの交渉に従事する機会があり、また、事故・事件などの処理や危機管理にも従事した。

「地球規模課題と日本」
環境問題を始め、国際社会では、一つの国の力だけでは対処できない課題への取り組みが議論されている。講師が担当した気候変動問題につき国際会議や国内の調整作業に言及しつつ現状と将来の課題について講義する。また、現代国際社会の変質に着目して、主権国家の概念の相対化や人間の安全保障の考え方を紹介する。以上の講義を踏まえ、受講者と日本が果たすべき国際的な役割について議論したい。

「今ヨーロッパで何が起こっているか？」
ギリシャ、ローマ以来の永い歴史抜きに、現在のヨーロッパ（EU）を理解するのは難しい。例えば域内25の言語一つを取ってみても、どのようにして各国間の相互理解が可能なのだろう？ 言葉を超える文化的、精神的な共有財産があるからに違いない。他方、グローバル化と同時に世界の多極化という二つの奔流が渦巻く中で、EU各国社会に大きな変化が起こりつつある。政治、経済、宗教、文化、道徳などの様々な角度からそれを探ってみよう。

「最近のカンボジア事情」
カンボジアは、1991年に和平成立し、国際社会からの復旧・復興支援が開始された。日本は最大の援助国として国際社会をリードしている。2000年より外国投資が急増し、本格的な経済開発が始まっている。2010年の経済成長率予測は4%強である。高度成長を支えたのは縫製業、観光事業、建設ﾌﾞｰﾑ、好調な農業である。今後は、地理的な有利性を活かして近隣進出日系企業の補完的な生産拠点になる可能性を秘めている。豊富な労働力、沖合の石油・ガス資源の開発(2012年)、ボーキサイト、銅等の鉱物資源の開発もそれを後押ししている。とはいえ、輸送インフラのさらなる整備、より安価なエネルギー源の確保、人材のさらなる育成など様々な課題も残っている。

He now returns to talk about the history of Cambodia during that period with archive images.

Buddhism was the dominant cultural force throughout much of Southeast Asia in premodernity, from the early realms of Funan, Dvaravati, Sriksetra, Srivijaya, Haripunjaya, and Champa, through the medieval kingdoms of Dai Viet, Pagan, Angkor, Majapahit, and Sukhothai, to the later polities of Mrauk U, Ava, Lan Xang, Sipsongpanna, and elsewhere. Buddhists here were responsible for an array of innovations across diverse fields of learning, ranging from medicine, law, alchemy, political science, and grammar to scriptural hermeneutics, ritual and apotropaic techniques, and art and architecture. However, the Buddhist culture of premodern Southeast Asia cannot be understood as univocal, and is marked instead by a dynamism and difference that varies across geography and time.
Today the study of Buddhism in premodern Southeast Asia stands at a critical and promising juncture. Research on regional manuscript libraries has brought to light hitherto unknown vernacular, Pali, and Sanskrit texts. New inscriptions and art historical and archaeological finds continue to be uncovered. There are redoubled efforts to make these materials available for study and, most importantly, increasing
interest in them among young scholars of Buddhism. Recent scholarship has been marked by a turn towards careful examinations of local and vernacular expressions of Buddhist culture as well as a return to long-standing questions concerning the regional diffusion and interrelationship among varied texts, aesthetic forms, and religious ideas and practices. Yet much more work remains to be done on both the local and comparative analysis of Southeast Asian Buddhist histories.
The Nalanda-Sriwijaya Centre at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies invites paper proposals for an interdisciplinary conference on premodern Southeast Asian Buddhism to be held in Singapore, March 10-11, 2011. The conference aims to bring together international scholars engaged in research on Buddhist archaeological, textual, or art historical sources produced across the region from the early first
millennium C.E. until circa the 18th century. We invite proposals that interrogate the broad interpretive thematic of the dynamic interplay between the local and the regional through the critical study of manuscripts, archaeological sites, inscriptions, images, and/or artefacts. We especially encourage proposals that are comparative and interdisciplinary in scope.
Potential papers might, for example, address:
-- Cultural and material exchange among regional Buddhist centres and monastic communities
-- Comparative Southeast Asian Buddhist texts, images, and practices
-- The engagement of Buddhism with Brahmanism and other religions in Southeast Asia
-- New archaeological, literary, or art historical discoveries
-- The cultural significance of Buddhist translation and cosmopolitan and vernacular languages
-- The place of India, Sri Lanka, and China in Southeast Asian Buddhist history
-- The importance of trade, pilgrimage, and agriculture to regional Buddhist geographies
Paper proposals should include a title and a 400-word abstract, together with a short biography of the applicant.
All participants will be provided with three nights accommodation in Singapore.
Requests for assistance with airfare, especially from Asian countries, will be sympathetically considered.
Proposals should be received by 31 August 2010 and successful applicants will be informed of their acceptance by 15 September 2010.

【事業の背景】
ココン州は、カンボジア国西南沿岸部タイ王国に近く、首都プノンペンから約210km離れたところにあり、カンボジアの中でも特に厳しい貧困に直面しています。僻地に位置するため、政府からの教育への投資は少なく、多くの青少年（特に女子）は生計を立てるのに必要なスキル や識字能力が不足しています。また、同地域はカンボジアでHIV/エイズ感染率が二番目に高い地域で、特にスマッ・ミンチェイ地区はタイへの交通の要所にあたり、1999年に木材伐採が禁止されるまでは、高収入を得られることを期待した労働者たちの流入が多い地域で、特に女子は、人身売買や売春、ドラッグ、HIV/エイズなどの感染症のリスクにさらされています。しかしながら予防や感染後の対策が十分にとられていないのが現状です。カンボジアで は、25歳以下の青少年層が過半数を占めていますが、このような環境の中、開発プロセスに参加し、現状を改善していく知識や能力、また機会が得られない青少年が多い状況です。
当財団では、2007年12月より貧困層の青少年、特に女子が、識字能力や基礎的な生活知識と能力を向上習得することにより、自ら危険から身を守ることを覚え、健康を保ち、経済活動に参加することが可能となるよう支援を行うと共に、青年期の男女、コミュニティ、関係者の能力が向上し、組織化がすすむことにより、青年の社会的、経済的参加機会が拡大することを目指して事業を行ってきました。
今回、当該地で活動を終えて帰国する事業統括責任者による帰国報告会を実施します。

題目：「桃山文化期における東南アジア産輸入漆の調達と使用」
上智大学アジア文化研究所は、東南アジア考古学会との共催で「東南アジア考古研究会」を開催します。
今回は、東京文化財研究所の北野信彦氏をお招きし、日本国内で出土した東南アジア産漆についてご発表いただきます。
京都市内の近世初頭期から江戸時代前期頃にかけての遺跡から、樹脂塗料が付着した壺が出土しました。
分析の結果、この樹脂は漆でさらに成分がタイ・カンボジア・ビルマ周辺の生漆状樹液の特徴と一致することが判明しました。
具体的な漆の輸入と流通について、考古資料およびその分析を通じてあらたな一石を投じた研究であります。
活発な意見交換もいたしたく、皆様のご来場をお待ちしております。

ARUN第４回勉強会 カンボジアと社会的投資
7月15日（木）19時から、東京大学（本郷キャンパス）の教室をお借りして、勉強会を開催致します。
今回のテーマはARUNが現在フィールドとしている「カンボジア」です。
ARUNがカンボジアで社会的投資を実践している経験や、ゲストの初鹿野氏のカンボジア研究者としての視点も合わせて、カンボジアへの理解が進む勉強会となると思います。
まず、ARUNのディレクターより、ARUNの概要および投資先、及び最新情報（現地事務所がついに開設しました！）についてご紹介させていただきます。
続いて、日本貿易振興機構（ジェトロ）アジア経済研究所 研究員の初鹿野直美氏より、カンボジアの概要やその経済・社会情勢についてお話していただきます。
初鹿野氏は、カンボジア・国際協力学等の研究をご専門をとしており、関連する多くの著作を発表しています。

最後にカンボジア等の途上国における社会的投資の意義について、初鹿野氏とARUNディレクターが対談をいたします。
カンボジアのことを基本的な部分から解説しつつも、「支援の現場」「研究者」といった立場から内容の濃い情報・議論が飛び交う予定です。カンボジアにご関心のある方も、ARUNへの出資をご検討されていらっしゃる方も、ぜひふるってお越しください。

7月15日（木）19時から、東京大学（本郷キャンパス）の教室をお借りして、勉強会を開催致します。
今回のテーマはARUNが現在フィールドとしている「カンボジア」です。
ARUNがカンボジアで社会的投資を実践している経験や、ゲストの初鹿野氏のカンボジア研究者としての視点も合わせて、カンボジアへの理解が進む勉強会となると思います。
まず、ARUNのディレクターより、ARUNの概要および投資先、及び最新情報（現地事務所がついに開設しました！）についてご紹介させていただきます。
続いて、日本貿易振興機構（ジェトロ）アジア経済研究所 研究員の初鹿野直美氏より、カンボジアの概要やその経済・社会情勢についてお話していただきます。
初鹿野氏は、カンボジア・国際協力学等の研究をご専門をとしており、関連する多くの著作を発表しています。

最後にカンボジア等の途上国における社会的投資の意義について、初鹿野氏とARUNディレクターが対談をいたします。
カンボジアのことを基本的な部分から解説しつつも、「支援の現場」「研究者」といった立場から内容の濃い情報・議論が飛び交う予定です。カンボジアにご関心のある方も、ARUNへの出資をご検討されていらっしゃる方も、ぜひふるってお越しください。

The Opposite of Buddhism: European Colonialism and Interpretation

The legacy of European scholarship is burdened with distorting biases; conversely, the "canon" of this scholarship is increasingly available in digital formats, instantly accessible, and used throughout Asia (even within Buddhist monasteries) and incorporated into (seemingly) indigenous versions of Buddhist texts. The formative influence of Imperialism, Christianity, Theosophy and Aryan race theory in early European (mis-)interpretations of Theravada Buddhism continues to have implications for the current generation of scholars --both in Asia and in Europe. This lecture broaches some of the outstanding problems of interpretation in the European tradition, tracing out a few patterns over a period of centuries, with some distortions originating in European colonialism but continuing to have salience to debates about the content of Buddhist philosophy that are ongoing (in Asia and Europe) today.
Eisel Mazard is a scholar of Pali, the most ancient language and literature of Theravada Buddhism, and of the history, languages and politics of Theravada Asia. His research has primarily concerned mainland Southeast Asia: Cambodia, Laos, Yunnan and Thailand.

The Cambodian Youth Arts Festival (CYAF) is a festival bringing together master artists, students, and visiting artists from allied arts organizations across Cambodia and around the world in order to generate arts renewal through the sharing and learning of a variety of traditional and contemporary art forms.
Even more, it is the keystone of a movement to revitalize Cambodia through the arts. The festival is also a way to encourage and honor Cambodian artists by recognizing their accomplishments and building hopes for the future.
CYAF increases awareness about arts revival in Cambodia among educators, students, artists and observers from around the world by providing opportunities for all participating groups to demonstrate the mastery of their art by leading workshops and demonstrations and participating in public performances.
CYAF was initiated in 2004 by Cambodian Living Arts as the "Mohaosrop Silapak Khmer Amatak" in Khmer or the "Cambodian Living Arts Festival" in English. At the time, the participants were only the master artists, teachers and students of Cambodian Living Arts along with a troupe from the Department of Culture and Fine Arts of Siem Reap province.

Tim Page is showing unseen photographs from Cuba and Cambodia, and Communism, in the Art café. When communism gets to the tropics it's flavour certainly changes colours; still with plenty of red. It devolves in Cambodia into a Buddhist saffron socialism - in Cuba it becomes a carnival. The erstwhile colonial powers have left their pastel stuccos and shutters. The folk smile back even when beset with their problems of survival. There is always a synergy and an image. Afterwards, screening of "BEYOND WORDS - PHOTOGRAPHERS OF WAR", an unique documentary focusing on 24 off-camera interviews with leading photojournalists from WWII to the present. (Canada, 60mins, 2005).

2010年度 カンボジア連続セミナー第2回
小学校の図書館活動より見たカンボジアの教育と社会
本セミナーは、カンボジア難民キャンプ時代から教育支援活動を行なってきたNGO の立場から、カンボジア教育現場の今を取り上げます。
カンボジア政府は、教育を国家政策の重要分野として、「初等教育の量的拡充および教育の質の向上」の取り組みを行なっています。その1 つであるチャイルド・フレンドリー・スクール（CFS）ポリシーにおいて、カンボジア教育省は図書活動の充実を積極的に推進する教育政策を展開しています。
今年度2回目となる本セミナーでは、1993 年より（社）シャンティ国際ボランティア会（SVA）が行なってきたカンボジア国内の小学校に対する図書館活動の成果、現状、課題を通してカンボジアの教育と社会の変化、課題を考えるとともに、その今後を展望したいと思います。

手束 耕治（てづか こうじ） 氏
駒沢大学仏教学部仏教学修士課程終了後、1984 年に曹洞宗国際ボランティア会（現SVA）に入職し、カオイダン・カンボジア難民キャンプにて青少年事業を担当。その後、SVA カンボジア事務所所長、東京事務穂事務局長などを経て、2004 年より現職。四半世紀以上にわたりカンボジアの子どもの教育や仏教の復興などに携わっている。

小学校の図書館活動より見たカンボジアの教育と社会
本セミナーは、カンボジア難民キャンプ時代から教育支援活動を行なってきたNGO の立場から、カンボジア教育現場の今を取り上げます。
カンボジア政府は、教育を国家政策の重要分野として、「初等教育の量的拡充および教育の質の向上」の取り組みを行なっています。その1 つであるチャイルド・フレンドリー・スクール（CFS）ポリシーにおいて、カンボジア教育省は図書活動の充実を積極的に推進する教育政策を展開しています。
今年度2回目となる本セミナーでは、1993 年より（社）シャンティ国際ボランティア会（SVA）が行なってきたカンボジア国内の小学校に対する図書館活動の成果、現状、課題を通してカンボジアの教育と社会の変化、課題を考えるとともに、その今後を展望したいと思います。

This is the long documentary about the massacre between 1975 and 1979. The failure of LON NOL regime backed by the United States of America, on April 17, 7975 gave possibility to the Khmer Rouge of National United Front of Kampuchea to occupy the capital city. They forcefully evacuated the people from the city. The death of more than one million Cambodian people is attributed to the regime of POL POT. Yet IENG THIRITH, a former Minister of Social Affairs of Democratic Kampuchea alleged that Vietnam killed the Cambodian intellectuals. In the survivors ‘opinion, the victory of National Liberation Front for Salvation of Kampuchea supported by the Vietnamese Unit on January 7, 1979 is the liberation which saved their lives.

第9回カンボジア絵画展～応募作品募集中！～
カンボジアの子どもたちに美術の楽しさを伝えたい！JHPでは、2011年1月からカンボジア各地を巡回する絵画展への出展作品を募集しています。
■ テーマ
・小学校 1～2年「将来の夢」
・小学校 3～6年 「休み時間の様子」
・中学生、高校生 「20年後の日本」
■ 募集期間：2010年7月1日（木）～2010年11月1日（月）必着
■ 対象：小学生・中学生・高校生
■ 用紙サイズ：A3サイズ（縦横自由）
■ 画材：自由。ただし、色鉛筆はできるだけ避けて下さい。
■ 応募用紙：
出展希望者には所定の応募用紙をお送りします。
応募の際に必ず絵の裏に貼りつけてお送りください。
■ 応募作品は返却いたしかねます。
著作権はJHPに帰属します。
■ 優秀作品は15点程度会場に展示します。
その他の作品も冊子状にして同会場に設置します。
※ 受賞者には絵画展画集と表彰状をお送りします。
■ 特別交流企画のお知らせ：学校の取り組みとして30作品以上まとめて応募された場合、カンボジアの学校と交流（メッセージや写真の交換）することが可能です。詳しくはJHP事務局までお問合せください。
